Business Performance Measurements

BizMan provides the user with Business Performance Measurements in a variety of ways.

Statistics

In the Statistics Module you can enter a formula for any statistic you wish BizMan to compute. You can also specify a statistic as manual rather than computed, in which case when the stats are being computed each week a form will pop up asking how many of that statistic (for that staff member, if applicable) you wish to enter.

After the stats are computed you will be able to see on screen or print out, a graph showing the last 13 weeks history of that stat. You can overlay one graph on top of another and slide one stat forward or backwards to see if one product leads to the other and if there is a delay, how many weeks is that delay.

Production Quotas

For each statistic you can enter a quantity for which to target the person responsible for that stat for the coming week.

Marketing Analysis

There are few places where you can waste as much money as in marketing and advertising. Being able to track each response and sales to the penny enables the BizMan user to conduct short-run or trial campaigns to test their effectiveness before committing large sums to untried ads.
